J.D. Block Services, Inc. is a multifaceted, full-service commercial real estate brokerage, management, and turnaround specialists. A small sample of what we do includes commercial real estate brokerage, site selection, tenant representation, asset and property management, review, consulting, financial analysis services and CMBS underwriting, with a vision toward improved, sustainable real estate management, products and services. Our services range from troubled real estate to assumed management of entire companies. We have worked out all types of real estate properties, from large PUDs to income properties and resort properties. We have been nominated and acted as a receiver when necessary.
We have been in operation since 1992 and have experience since the mid-1970s. During that period of time, we have created extensive working relationships with several major life insurance companies, pension funds advisors, credit companies and regional lenders. We offer high quality client based services. Our focus is comprehensive and our approach is integrated to utilize the strengths of our diverse, strategic affiliates and talented in-house professionals.
